José Luis Sanz has laid a new cornerstone, that of the residential complex ‘Cruz del Campo’, in his commitment to the construction of housing.
The ‘Cruz del Campo’ residential complex is the new development by Emvisesa located between the neighborhoods of Nervión and San Pablo. This residential complex, in the City Council of Seville, will invest 13 million euros in the construction of 92 protected housing units for sale, and will be part of the new neighborhood that is poised to become a landmark area in Seville, transforming this gateway to the city center.
The Mayor of Seville, José Luis Sanz, wanted to emphasize at this event that «since our arrival at the City Council, the housing policy in Seville has taken a radical turn, and we have become the Andalusian capital of protected housing.»
Sanz pointed out that since the start of his term, «we have laid 12 cornerstones, which means that right now there are 847 housing units under construction and 1377 already allocated.»
José Luis Sanz highlighted that he is aware that «access to housing is a problem, especially among young people, and we want to provide a solution through actions. Thus, in addition to our initial plan of 1377 housing units, we are adding another 134, reaching a total of 1511 protected units. This number will be significantly increased thanks to the major project we have planned with FIBES, where we will build 700 more units.»
Cruz del Campo joins the developments already offered by Emvisesa: Residencial Puerta Real (138), Residencial Puerta Jerez (137), Vereda de Poco Aceite (92), Residencial Puerta Carmona (70), Residencial Puerta Osario (70), Torre Rosario (16), Torre Augusta (16), La María (16), La Salle (5), Parque Sierra de Castril (58), and Residencial Puerta de la Carne (137).
