El Ayuntamiento de Sevilla, a través de Emvisesa, llevará a cabo la rehabilitación de una docena de locales desocupados y en estado de abandono en las cercanías del Mercado del Tiro de Línea. Esta iniciativa se ha hecho posible gracias a la modificación presupuestaria aprobada en el Pleno del Ayuntamiento de Sevilla, con el apoyo del PP, la abstención del PSOE y VOX, y el voto en contra de Con Podemos-Izquierda Unida.
Blanca Gastalver, delegada del Distrito Sur, destacó durante una visita a la zona que con una inversión de aproximadamente 230,000 euros, el Ayuntamiento de Sevilla, a través de Emvisesa, revitalizará espacios que llevaban décadas abandonados, algunos en ruinas y muchos de ellos incluso apuntalados.
Estos trabajos forman parte del Programa de activación y puesta en uso de locales (Plan de Empleo Locales), cuyo objetivo es adecuar los locales de Emvisesa distribuidos por toda la ciudad para ofrecer un servicio público que impulse la actividad económica, mejore la gestión, promueva la riqueza municipal, y aumente la eficacia y la infraestructura.
Dentro del marco del I y II Programa de activación y puesta en uso de locales, se han adecuado un total de 20 locales propiedad de Emvisesa en distintos barrios de Sevilla, con inversiones de 719,999.63 euros y 342,082.79 euros respectivamente, provenientes de fondos municipales.
Los trabajos en estos espacios incluirán la sustitución de solería, reparación de cubiertas, techos de escayola nuevos, reparación de paramentos, instalación eléctrica y de fontanería, reposición de carpintería metálica y de madera, cambio de puertas, refuerzo de estructuras y cubiertas, entre otros.
Gastalver reiteró que esta inversión de 230,000 euros permitirá dar vida a espacios que estaban abandonados y en ruinas, cumpliendo con la misión de resolver problemas arraigados en los barrios y satisfacer una demanda histórica de los vecinos del Tiro de Línea.
La labor del gobierno municipal continúa enfocada en solucionar problemas de larga data en los barrios, y gracias a esta iniciativa, los residentes del Tiro de Línea verán recuperados espacios que estaban en completo abandono, atendiendo así a una demanda importante de la comunidad local. On the other hand, these works are part of the Program for activation and use of premises (Local Employment Plan) which aims to adapt premises owned by Emvisesa throughout the city, in order to provide a public service that improves the promotion of economic activity, allowing for greater efficiency in management capacity, promoting the wealth of the municipality, improving its infrastructure and effectiveness.
Likewise, within the framework of the I and II Program for activation and use of premises, a total of 20 premises owned by Emvisesa located in various neighborhoods of the city of Seville have been adapted with funds from the City Council for an amount of 719,999.63 euros and 342,082.79 euros respectively.
Among the works that will be carried out in these spaces, the replacement of flooring, repair of roofs, new plaster ceilings, repair of walls, new electrical installation, new plumbing installation with new sanitary facilities, replacement of metal carpentry, replacement of wooden carpentry, change of access doors, reinforcement of structures and roofs stand out.
