
Emasesa will start on the next Monday, February 24th, the replacement works of the supply and sanitation networks on Teodosio street, between Guadalquivir and Pascual de Gayangos streets, with the aim of increasing the hydraulic capacity of the sanitation network, renewing the drinking water network, and improving the drainage of rainwater, including the replacement of connections, drains, and all necessary elements for optimizing the operation of the networks.
The works, with a duration of one year and an investment of 1,657,357 euros, will begin after an informative meeting with the affected neighbors, where they were informed of the planned schedule and the characteristics of the scheduled works.
The works involve the installation of 445 meters of sanitation pipeline and the placement of 511 meters of supply pipeline. Additionally, 24 inspection wells will be installed, with 4 of them being conditioned; and for the pavement, the cobblestones on the road will be reused and new ones will be placed on the sidewalks, as instructed by the Urban Planning Management.
Furthermore, after the works, this street will have a total of 21 tree pits.
PHASES FOR THE EXECUTION OF THE WORKS
The planned works for the improvement of these networks will be carried out in 3 phases:
- 1st phase: Guadalquivir and Santa Ana streets, from February 24th until the first week of November.
- 2nd phase: Santa Ana and Juan Rabadán streets, from the last week of April until January 2025.
- 3rd phase: Juan Rabadán and Pascual de Gayangos streets, from the last week of July until January 2025.
DETAIL OF THE IMPROVEMENT OF SUPPLY AND SANITATION NETWORKS
With these works, a 424-meter gres collector with a diameter of 300 mm will be installed, along with another 20-meter one with a diameter of 400 mm for sanitation; and the placement of 435 meters of ductile iron pipeline with a diameter of 100 mm and 77 meters of pipeline with a diameter of 150 mm for supply.
